Seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal with experience in General litigation. Will include working cases from inception through discovery and verdict, preparing for and assisting with arbitrations and various hearings, handling extensive client contact and case Management (including preparing detailed case status reports), document Management, investigation, Drafting of pleadings, responding to requests for discovery, and all phases of arbitration and Trial preparation and assisting during Trial.
