Practice Assistant The candidate will perform Paralegal duties on litigation matters to include: document organization and Production, domestication of judgments, calendaring and electronic filing in state and federal courts. Will also perform real and personal property foreclosures, UCC and records searches and bankruptcy proofs of claim. A four-year degree and 2+ years of experience performing required duties would be preferred.
