Operate in tandem with a team of eDiscovery, computer forensics, fraud examiners, and other litigation support experts, as well as customer Management, counsel, Human Resources, and other IT technical personnel. Work in all areas related to the collection, migration, processing, analysis, conversion, Quality Assurance, tracking, and Management of client data.
The candidate should have a law degree (J.D.
or equivalent) and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Must have 2+ years of experience working in an e-Discovery or digital forensics related role.
Should have considerable work experience providing e-Discovery Consulting and/or litigation support services. Must have solid IT technical experience.
Should be well versed and capable of leading an engagement in eDiscovery. Must have experience with various Document Review platforms such as Ringtail, iConect, and Concordance.
Specialist in one or more areas: Antitrust litigation, SOX Compliance, patent or M&A Litigation. Should have the ability to endure long working hours and up to 50% Travel.
