Litigation Paralegal
Extensive footnote review, cite-checking and organization of all supporting documents required for large briefs and complex evidentiary submissions. Coordinate Logistics for and attend local and overseas document productions and/or hearings (international Travel required at least once a year for a minimum of 8-10 days).
Organize and maintain case documents, files, evidence databases, and all team electronic data. Prepare document chronologies and summaries.
Assist with research (arbitrator research, expert witness research, professional Writing and lecture research. Manage large quantities of translations from vendors and organization of same.
Work closely with vendors providing translations, photocopying, binding and electronic data services. Extensive contact with local and International clients, co-counsel, arbitration tribunals and administrators, witnesses, experts, interpreters, and translators.
Analyze data at case inception to determine organization and cost effective handling of document discovery. Work closely with arbitration team of lawyers, project assistants, and secretaries
