Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have experience in both federal and state courts, with an emphasis on federal cases. Duties include case Management/docket and calendar control, document review, and organizing and managing large document productions. Excellent Drafting skills are required in order to draft correspondence, prepare simple pleadings (notices, preliminary discovery) and pleadings for filing (electronic or paper format).
