Support training efforts to increase consultants' knowledge on HNW client issues and Planning. Communicate how company's products and services integrate into a HNW client's portfolio.
Develop team Operations and infrastructure in compliance with company policies and procedures. Market team expertise and resources to business partners in an effort to expand usage.
Edit team member responses and coach on relevant topics. Identify potential client solutions through a broad understanding of products and offers within company's Retail, company's Advisor services, and company's corporate and retirement services.
The candidate must have tax and/or trust expertise (e.g.
, CPA, LL.M.
) with Series 7 and 63 license. Must have 10+ years of experience in dealing with high net worth clients, strong knowledge of trust, estate Planning, and high net worth tax issues.
Should have demonstrated expertise in providing direct high net worth client solutions. Must have proven experience managing diverse teams with remote members that support sales organizations.
