Provide Legal interpretation of real estate documents and providing Legal assistance for routine Environmental issues. Negotiate and resolve Legal disputes relative to real estate issues and documents, including issues of trespass, Facilities relocation and lease defaults.
The candidate must have 6+ years of experience actively engaged in private or in-house law practice, with an emphasis on real estate law. Should have experience in Drafting and negotiating traditional real estate documents, including leases, easements, and purchase and sale agreements.
