Litigation-based Labor and Employment Law Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of litigation experience. Should have an ABA-approved Paralegal certificate. Prior law firm experience required. Must be proficient in research, docket, strong Writing skills for document Drafting, all phases of Trial preparation, document review. Should be well versed in Rules of Procedure. Must have strong case Management experience. Trial audio/video software experience a plus. Should be proficient in Word, WordPerfect, Excel and a strong billing history.
