Responsibilities:The PeopleSoft Developer II is responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, support, and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying new and modified PeopleSoft HCM applications using, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR's, and Workflow.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of inbound and outbound interfaces between PeopleSoft, the firm's Legacy systems, and third-party systems. Develop custom reports utilizing XML, SQR, and File Layout with Application Engine.

Provide Level II and Level III functional application troubleshooting including identifying root causes of application errors and data discrepancies, and subsequent remediation.Qualifications:Strong project management and time management skills.

Level of expertise to identify, diagnose, and escalate problems involving.Exemplary PeopleSoft HCM troubleshooting skills.

Experience in a Professional Services Partnership environment.Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills to actively model desired work values and practices for others, including self-improvement, continuous learning and career development.

5+ years supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM) in a global environment.5+ years developing with PeopleTools, SQR, and People Code.

PeopleSoft v9.x experience preferred.

Must have experience with large-scale PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades.Thorough understanding of Application Engine, SQL, SQR, Crystal, Application Designer, Trace, and other development tools.

Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or related field, or 5+ years experience in a corporate IS environment highly preferred.PeopleSoft PeopleTools Developer Certified highly preferred.
